Shareholders of Leverate, an online provider of forex and binary options trading platforms, have partnered to partially fund a new start-up retail brokerage called LegacyFX, online financial media Finance Magnates reported. The new company will be based in Cyprus, the media said, without disclosing its sources.
LegacyFX will use Leverate’s technology and will operate using Leverate’s license issued by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). This means that it will be able to provide its services to clients from all EU member states.
Leverate is a technology provider of forex brokerage solutions based in Cyprus. It has offices in Tel Aviv, Limassol, Hong Kong, Kiev, Shanghai, and Berlin. It provides a BX8 binary options trading platform, a forex trading platforms Sirix, as well as a social trading platform, integrated into Sirix.
