Cyprus-regulated RoboForex to increase min order size for MT4 Pro-Cent accounts

Cyprus-based automated forex broker RoboForex said on Wednesday it will increase the minimum order size for MT4 Pro-Cent accounts, starting 8 February, 2016. Traders will be able to make orders with a minimum 0.1 lots, compared to the current 0.01 lots.

The change in conditions of trades via Pro-Cent trading accounts executed through the MetaTrader 4 (MT4) trading platform are required due to performance optimization of the server, the broker said in a notice.

The minimum order size for Pro-Cent and Fix-Cent accounts via the MT4 platform will remain unchanged at 0.01 lots, and for accounts using the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platform will also stay the same.

RoboForex offers six types of trading accounts – Cent, Standard, and ECN accounts with either fixed or Pro conditions. In addition, it offers Fix, Pro, and ECN-Pro Affiliate accounts in partnership with other brokers. Traders can use either MT4, or MT5, or the cTrader trading platforms.

All financial parameters of investors’ cent account balance, including deposits, profits and losses, are measured in cents. Otherwise, these accounts are handled the same way a standard trading account would be. Cent accounts are good for beginner investors as they allow transactions with small amounts of money.
