CertFX gets blacklisted by UK

On the official warning issued by the Financial Conduct Authority we further read that the British authorities suspect the brokerage of knowingly participating in investment scams. Traders are warned not to contract the services of CertFX. Furthermore, we urge readers to only contract the services of regulated and legitimate brokerages which abide by the many rules set out by the ESMA guidelines which include the segregation of accounts and the participation in a financial compensatory scheme.

The FCA has provided traders with a consumer helpline and urges anyone that has been “cold called” or targeted in any way by representatives of CertFX to reach them on 0800 111 6768. UK’s main financial regulator regularly updates its warning list and recommends traders always run a quick check on a brokerage on their online registry before investing funds with them.

    1. Is there a website where you can enter the name of the (trading) company to find out whether it is a regulated company or not?

    2. Why are the fraudsters not being massively combated? They only spread misery and, under the supervision of the authorities, rip off well-behaved citizens. For example, how should a pensioner like me, who has honestly done his job for more than 45 years, recognize what / who the “black sheep” are.

    3. Donald Trump would have an immediate solution at hand and if the rest of the so-called and so much praised by the politicians of the western world adorn themselves with such terms as: law, freedom and democracy, when is the monkey theater with the offshore brokers, fraudsters, Money launderers (not comparable to dishwashers) etc. to an end.

Take care you defenders of the West, I love you all
