Regulators in France Add 20 New Investment Scams to Blacklist

The Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) and Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR) have added a total of 20 new unregulated and fraudulent FX  trading platforms to its list of flagged entities. The list also includes scammer crypto providing platforms, and other CFD-offering criminal websites.

The list of newly added sources includes: en.brokeragea.com, www.swissmarketfx.com, europatradecapital.com, www.shares2win.com, en.foxane.com, www.swiss29.com, europatradecapital.com, altofx.com, en.xpoken.com, www.trade-horizon.com, www.mergers-capital.com, honorfx.com, www.xnvest.com, www.tradehorizon2.com, tntroyal.com, www.businessempire.fr, www.profundseu.com, www.union-wallet.com, www.axeprogroup.com, www.primeonline.trade, and www.finanbelt.com.

The regulator duly noted that the blacklisted members are outdated, at least some of them, so it advises users to look to the list of licensed platforms and cross check with it.

There are over 300 blacklisted FX trading platforms and some 150 illicit crypto sites. There are also innumerable illegal binary options trading, as well as other scheming  website offering all sorts of investment fraudulent schemes. There are 28 new FX sites blacklisted since the beginning of 2022.

European regulators are very actively rooting out as many unlicensed brokerage websites as they can, but with the speed with which new scams sources sprout is only increasing the difficulty factor for these agencies. Regulators like the FCA and CySEC are very active in this fight, as well as CONSOB which is the only regulator around with the power to shut down scammer sites.
