Beware! Investeft is an offshore broker! Your investment may be at risk.
RECOMMENDED FOREX BROKERS
Don’t put all your eggs in one basket. Open trading accounts with at least two brokers.
If you wonder if trading with Investeft is a good idea, the answer is a solid no. Even though this broker claims to be globally regulated, the truth is that Investeft is actually based in a country with a horrible reputation when it comes to forex trading. This firm is definitely not authorized nor supervised by any watchdog and investing here puts your funds at serious risk.
Also note that you need a promo code in order to register which is yet another clear sign of scam. Read the full review for more details on Investeft and why you shouldn’t trust it under any circumstances.
Investeft Regulation and safety of funds

Investeft | ❌ | ❌ | ❌ |

EU regulated brokers | €20 000 | Yes | Yes |
AU regulated brokers | No | Yes | Yes |
US regulted brokers | Yes | Yes | No |
On its website Investeft claims to be “regulated by national financial government departments in the locations in which we operate”. Sounds quite unclear and confusing right? So we decided to dig deeper and find out the truth about this broker’s regulation.
First of all, on its homepage Investeft claims to be a South African leader in the investments space. The contact details point out a phone number based in South Africa but the address displayed is in Switzerland. All of this seems quite curious. We searched the registers of the official Swiss regulator FINMA, but no data was found about Investeft. This broker is clearly not authorized there and we have all reasons to believe that this address is also fake.
In its Frequently Asked Questions however there was some additional information that finally resolved the mystery of this broker’s true location. According to Investeft, the company has several offices around the globe, but its registered address is actually in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. No wonder this broker has put so much effort into hiding this essential detail. The reason is simple – St. Vincent and the Grenadines is an offshore zone that doesn’t regulate forex brokerage activities. That’s why so many scammers prefer it. There’s no doubt that Investeft only tries to mislead potential customers by posting fake addresses and office locations, while its true place of residence is in the “scam heaven”.
In addition, this broker also promises high client protection as well as “an advanced fraud protection to protect you and your digital assets”. It still doesn’t come clear how exactly it protects your funds, but it doesn’t really matter anymore. This firm is a total sham and your money not only won’t be protected, but it will disappear the moment you make your first deposit.

Investeft claims to offer the gold-standard MetaTrader 5. There is a link for its download either on desktop or mobile. At this point however things went terribly wrong, just because what we installed was not provided by Investeft itself. Down below you can see just a demo version of MT5 that is not offered by any broker in particular. Take a look:
As you see, this platform has nothing to do with the broker we are reviewing, and it also doesn’t display any information about its trading conditions like spread or leverage.
What’s more, it turned out that you need a promo code in order to register. For this reason we couldn’t open an account here. Note however that such promo codes are associated with scam schemes. Sometimes fraudsters try to reach out to their potential victims by phone or email, just so that they can bamboozle them first. Then they supply the clients with such code, but trust us – you don’t want to mess up with such deceivers.

Investeft claims to offer several trading instruments including forex, stocks, cryptocurrencies and commodities. Nothing more, nothing less. Better look for reputable firms, they usually provide a wide range of assets and are a much safer choice.
Investeft Spreads and cost of trading
Investeft | XM | FBS | FXTM | |
Spread EURUSD | Unknown | 1.7 | 1 | 1.1 |
Spread GBPUSD | Unknown | 1.3 | 1.2 | 1.4 |
Spread USDJPY | Unknown | 1.3 | 1.2 | 1.4 |
On its website Investeft claims to offer several account types. The chart displayed however doesn’t provide much information about its trading conditions. Take a look:
As you see, this broker promises “basic”, “gold” and “platinum” spreads, whatever that means. It’s probably just another way to hide how unfavorable the amounts really are.
Otherwise, on its homepage the broker also promises spreads as low as 0.3 pip. But given the fact that we couldn’t see its trading software we simply can’t confirm this statement. Just beware that spreads above 2 pips come with higher trading costs, so definitely avoid such trading conditions.
Investeft Maximum leverage
Forex | Stocks | Crypto | Gold | Indices
Investeft broker | 200:1 | No information | No information | No information | No information |
UK regulated brokers | 30:1 | 5:1 | ❌ | 10:1 | 10:1 |
EU regulated brokers | 30:1 | 5:1 | 2:1 | 10:1 | 10:1 |
AU regulated brokers | 30:1 | 5:1 | 2:1 | 10:1 | 10:1 |
US regulated brokers | 50:1 | ❌ | ❌ | ❌ | ❌ |
The leverage is said to be up to 1:200. Note however that such a volume is too risky so we don’t recommend trading with it. Additionally, there’s a leverage cap in most of the countries like the UK and the EU where brokers aren’t allowed to offer leverage highlighter than 1:30.
Investeft Deposit and withdrawal methods
There is no data about this broker’s payment methods and since we couldn’t register we don’t have the slightest idea what to expect here. Just be careful if you come across any crypto transactions as they are proven to be completely anonymous and irreversible. But whatever this broker offers, keep away from it!
Investeft Minimum deposit
Investeft | XM | FBS | FXTM | |
Minimum deposit | $1000 | $5 | $10 | $5 |
The minimum deposit here is 1000 USD – a ridiculous amount especially given the fact that this broker is totally unlawful. It’s meaningless to invest with such a shady firm, while there are so many legitimate brokers who offer to open an account for way less. To be precise the standard minimum deposit for the sector is 250 USD or even less – micro accounts require around 10 USD.
Investeft Withdrawal requirements
Trading volume | Fee/Tax on withdrawal | Minimum withdrawal
Investeft | Not specified | Not specified | Not specified |
UK regulated brokers | No | No | No |
EU regulated brokers | No | No | No |
AU regulated brokers | No | No | No |
US regulated brokers | No | No | No |
We don’t know this firm’s withdrawal requirements as there is no Deposit/Withdrawal Policy nor any useful information across the website.
Genuine brokers don’t usually ask for any withdrawal fees and their withdrawal policy is clearly explained.
On the other hand, beware that scammers often charge huge amounts of fees upon every withdrawal request – 15 or sometimes 20%. They also set a minimum withdrawal amount and a trading volume that is almost impossible to achieve. For this reason don’t waste your time dealing with such bogus websites, but look for a truly reputable broker instead!
