Payza is an online payment system that bears lots of similarities to PayPal, offering both an e-wallet and a Payza Prepaid Card for international money transfers. Payza also processes payments with Bitcoins.
Payza is operated by Monark Finans AB, but the parent company is MH Pillars Ltd. It was founded in 2005 and is based in London. According to their website the Payza services are offered in more than 190 countries around the globe with the exception of Afghanistan, Belarus, Central African Republic, Cuba, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Zimbabwe and some countries form the former Yugoslavia.
Sending money with Payza is free, and there are no activation costs, but you will be charged, when you receive funds. The fee is fixed at 2,9% plus 0,30 GBP for all payment methods or 2,25 GBP if you are receiving money via a bank transfer. For receiving funds in Bitcoins the charge is 1,2% and there is also a foreign exchange fee of 2,5% if you need to change the currency.
Payza accepts payments in Australian Dollar, Bulgarian Levs, Canadian Dollar, Czech Krona, Danish Krone, Euro, Hong Kong Dollar, Hungarian Forint, Indian Rupee, Macedonian Dinars, Malaysian Ringgit, New Zealand Dollar, Norwegian Krone, Polish Zloty, British Pound, Romanian Lei, Singapore Dollar, South African Rand, Swedish Krona, Swiss Franc and USD.
